The final unit for Creative Writing in the Spring is intended as an alternative for students who have decided not to participate in May Term. Due to the small number of students remaining in class, this unit will serve as a way to continue enrichment, as well as serving as a final assessment for students continuing in the creative writing course.
1. The student will demonstrate an in depth interpretation of a photograph through writing in the creative genres.
2. The student will demonstrate an understanding of the elements of creative writing through writing in the creative genres.
3. The student will utilize technology to participate in regular communication with peers and teachers.
4. The student will utilize technology to produce a final project which includes oral and written and visual production of creative writing.
5. The student will contribute to peer writing processes through the use of online discussion forums.
