Your final project will contain the following:
1. A youtube video containing at least your selected photograph and an oral reading of your writing.
2. A text-based document of your writing.
3. A discussion of your writing which will include: methods of interpretation (you may want to draw on your OPTIC brainstorming here); selection of genre; experiences during the writing process.
4. A self-evaluation of your writing which addresses the genre-specific elements of creative writing specific to that we have developed over the course of the semester.
5. On our course wiki, I will create a page for each of you under the links section. Once you click on your name, you will be able to include all the components of the final project.
Youtube:
In order to create a youtube video with "sound", you will want to use imovie (for mac) or Windows Movie Maker (for windows). This is the most straightforward way of creating and transferring your "movie" to youtube.
