Moving Forward to the Advanced Course

Now you're almost at the end of this certification, you're probably ready for a bit of a break, but maybe you're also starting to think how you can continue learning about elearning.

If so, the next step would be to move on to our advanced certification. In the advanced course we'll develop some of the ideas you've already started to learn about here.

The topics covered in the advanced certification include:

• Advanced Management and Activities - discover how to use some of the other Moodle activities, such as databases and wikis
  
• SCORM and Web 2.0 - a look at elearning specifications and standards and how you can use web 2.0 tools and applications in an educational environment
  
• Accessibility and Usability - a more in-depth look at accessibility and usability
  
• Open Educational Resources - more detailed information about where you can find open educational resources for your discipline and current issues and thinking around using open content

If you are interested in continuing on to the advanced certification, your facilitators will be able to give you more information about the content and the course start dates.
