Below you will find resources for both teachers and students exploring acceptable use and the internet. Many Acceptable Use Policies (AUPs) incorporate aspects of internet safety, conduct, research and exploration. These are important documents that help to encourage, or discourage specific conduct while using the internet. The course is split into several sections we hope will highlight each area briefly and will allow for teachers to expand lessons or to adapt them to a school's particular AUP.
Several sections of the course also incorporate discussion questions and opportunities for students to explore aspects of AUP that affect their online lives.
