Create An Online Survey To Obtain Staff Feedback For Work Practices

In this activity you are required to use an online survey to give your colleagues an opportunity to express their views on the flexible work practices that may be introduced in the new office.

STEPS.

1. Refer to the article ”Online Survey Development” and familiarize yourself with the procedures for developing an online survey.

2. Develop questions for a survey to obtain opinions on flexible work practices for the new office AND preferences/suggestions for office design

3. Go to polldaddy.com and register for a free account.

4. Select ‘SURVEYS’ then ‘CREATE A SURVEY’ and create your survey.

5. Send (email) your survey to the other 9 members  of the screen and media team. 

6. Review the results of your survey and prepare a presentation that summarises the results.  Use graphs wherever possible to dynamically illustrate your data.

7. Note that this presentation will be included with your design proposal presentation.
