Presentation to the Agency’s team (our class) to obtain approval to proceed with the project

PART 1: Preparation

Refer this lesson's notes and resources and prepare a presentation to obtain approval to proceed with the office relocation project.

Your presentation will include examples of your research e.g. what are flexible work practices, charts illustrating staff needs and your proposed office layout. 
Your presentation should have a clear beginning (tell them what you are going to tell them), a middle( tell them) and an end(tell them what you told them) .

Part 2: Delivery - maximum 5 minutes

Deliver your presentation to the Agency's screen and media team (our class) and confirm that you have their approval for your proposed office layout and to proceed with the office relocation project.

Include a handout with your presentation for team members that illustrates your proposed office layout.
