Word Processing Quest 4: Share
Introduction
You have completed your document work and your SSI Department Chief needs to see it. Follow the steps below to share your Agent document!
Step 1 - Open your Poem document in Google Drive.
Step 2 - In the top right hand corner click on the blue button that says SHARE (shown above). A new window will pop up.
Step 3 - At the bottom of the Sharing settings window (shown below) it says "Add people:".
Enter your SSI Chief's email address here and click on Done.
You can include a message by clicking on the Add message link if you wish to include some information. An email notification will be sent to your SSI Department Chief letting them know you have shared the document with them.
ALERT: Special Agent Note - Did you notice when you put their email address in that you can decide if you want to let them edit it, be able to make comments, or view it. (Agency Recommendation: select Can comment)
