Quest 4: Formatting
Introduction
As you may have discovered, most of the FORMAT tools are icons on the toolbar. We want to make sure you are aware of all of the options on the FORMAT toolbar to see if there is anything that you were not aware of before moving on! Observation skills and curiosity are great qualities for successful agents, so explore the Format tools. We have included a screen capture of the Format menu for you to view at the top of this page. Check out any of the tools you are not familiar with in your own Presentation.
Step 1 - Select a shape on the slide, go to the FORMAT menu, scroll down to line weight and make it a larger number.
Step 2 - Try a few other tools on the FORMAT drop down and then do a screen capture of the changes.
