Summary

In this unit you will learn how to identify a work's copyright status and evaluate how you may use it in your classroom. There will be an emphasis on finding, using, and licensing works under Creative Commons.

Objectives

  • Be able to determine the copyright status of a work, including variations of the Creative Commons license (3.d, 4.a, 4.c)
  • Know how a copyrighted work can be used in the classroom and/or in an online course (4.a, 4.c)
  • Embed a creative commons license on your Google Site (3.a, 3.c, 4.a, 4.c)
