Greetings from someplace sunny!
Ok, I’ve regrouped, calmed down, and come to a conclusion. Global warming is B-A-D. My reports definitely had a lot of worse case scenarios (I can be a little dramatic at times), but it all could very possibly happen for future generations. I don’t mean to scare you, but we really do need to do something. There has got to be some way to stop putting so many greenhouse gases into the atmosphere right? Is the store just a mile away? Ride your bike! Not watching the tv? Turn it off! Scientists tell me these little steps really can make a difference if we all do them. Once you go on to be a Grand Researcher yourself, maybe you can find a cleaner form of energy for us to use? I hear they are doing great things with wind and solar energies!
I now turn the tables back to you. What could you, a very talented 6th grader do? What kinds of things could we get VVM to do? What about our city of Bloomington?
Let’s put our thinking caps on and I’ll meet you at the United Nations summit!
Sincerely in Science,
Griffin Boyle
