Quest 1: Picture This

Secret agent, you will need to go on an undercover investigation to find out why the Superb Slushie Company is so successful. We need to know what colors are leading to their success and your report will also need to be top secret. You will need to send the data to us in a picture so nobody is suspicious of your work. Follow the steps below to successfully complete this quest.
Steps:
Step 1
Go to this interactive spinner to simulate the colors at the Superb Slushie Company.
Step 2
· Click the Change Spinner button
· Delete the first box “purple” and change the word to “blue”
· Add a new color at the bottom of the table (purple)
· Click the up triangle so that it shows a 1
· Choose dark purple on the right
· Type “purple” into the table
· Click the Apply button
Step 3
· Click the Record Results button
· Spin the spinner 20 times
· Record the frequency (number of times an event occurs) of each color
Step 4
Transfer your results to a word processing document. To get an accurate Wordle, words must be inputted consistently (i.e. if you are going to capitalize each color make sure each one is capitalized)
Example: (3 Blue, 2 Yellow, 1 Green, 3 Red, 4 Orange, 1 Purple)

Step 5 Highlight your data in the table above and copy it to your clipboard.
Step 6 Go to http://www.wordle.net/
· Click on Create
· Paste your data into the box
· Click Go
· You can change your picture if you choose by clicking Randomize at the bottom of the screen.
· Take a secret image capture

To complete this Quest
· Save your secret image to your SSI Chief. Be sure that you know which Secret File Space to use. (webpage, blog, flash drive, email, network drive, blackboard, Google)
· Copy these questions to your space under the secret image capture and answer them for a summary of your findings.
