A word cloud is a visualization of a piece of text that sizes words based on their frequency - the more frequent a word, the bigger it is in a word cloud. Word clouds are great ways to analyze speeches, historical documents, or even student essays.
Wordle
Worldle is the most basic word cloud generator. You paste or type in your text, and then customize the cloud's colors and font.
Tagxedo
Tagxedo is a more advanced word cloud generator that allows you to create clouds in different shapes and embed them in your website.
