Mind Maps
Mind maps are a way to organize and visualize ideas and concerts. Kidspiration and Inspiration are examples of mind mapping software. Online mind mapping software has the added benefit of being accessed from any computer with internet access, and in some cases, collaboration.
SpiderScribe, Mind 42, and Popplet are all online, collaborative mind mapping tools.
Flowcharts
Similar to mind maps, flowcharts map out processes and decisions. Try these flowchart websites:

- Lucid Chart (request an education account)
- Creating Diagrams or Flowcharts with Google Docs by Penn State
