What is an Personality Assessment?

PersonalityYour personality is a combination of emotional and behavioral characteristics that makes you different from others.  How you think, feel and act with different people and in different situation is influenced by your personality or temperament.  Different careers appeal to poepl, partially based on their personality traits.  Components of your personality, sometimes called traits, are another important part of your self-assessment.

Knowing your personality can help you identify some potentially compatible careers.

You will be taking the Jung Typology Test.

This test is based on Jung and Myers-Briggs typology and will classify you into environment preferences in four areas.

  • Extraverted or Introverted
  • Sensing or iNtuitive
  • Thinking or Feeling
  • Judging or Perceiving

Jung Career Indicator™ determines careers most suitable for your type from personality type standpoint.

Based on your personality type, you will be given the option of clicking on the link “Identify your Careers” and a list of your most suitable occupations along with some examples of educational institutions, where you can receive a relevant degree or training will appear.
