Putting it All Together - Self Reflection
It may be helpful to slow down and reflect on all you have learned about yourself thus far.
Reviewing what you have discovered about your values, personality, skills and interests is an important step.
Ask yourself:
- What patterns or trends do you see?
- What did you learn that affirmed what you already knew?
- What did you learn that surprised you?
The hope is that the assessments that you just took will provide new and different insights.
Always remember to try to keep an open mind to new ideas and perspectives.
Take some time to record what you have learned - writing is often a good way to process what you have learned as well as document your discoveries.
