What do you know about Star Wars?

Just like in the epic movie series where there are two definite sides to the force, most personal computer users tend to focus very strongly on either PC or MAC use.

The major manufacturers of these sides have used this strong preference in their advertising to help encourage brand identification.

Let's use this idea to study the two major divisions of personal computers.

Your teacher will assign you to either a PC or Mac group.

Within each of the two groups, subdivide again into a hardware or software group. When you are done, there will be a PC hardware group, a PC software group, a MAC hardware group, and a MAC software group.

In each group, work together to figure out and research the "perfect" setup for a home computer for your area - hardware or software. Then, each individual will create a single page advertisement for that design. 1/2 page should be an image of the item (hardware or software icon). The other 1/2 page should be a what it is/what operating system/what purpose/what price explanation of the item.

Students, you will individually upload the assignment here. For classroom purposes, it would be nice to create a gallery walk with a PC side and a MAC side to display your finished work.
