Activity Log Week 1

This is your first week of your weekly program. It is YOUR responsibility to complete a minimum of 3 x 45 minute workouts each week. You must record the activity you participate, the minutes involved, AND verification with an ADULT'S contact information. (If the contact info is missing you will not receive credit.) This week you need to complete 3 workouts for credit.
